Eine gute Vorbereitung und die Auswahl der richtigen Materialien – damit ist schon einmal eine gute Grundlage dafür geschaffen, dass Ihr Außenanstrich lange unverändert bleibt. Eine weitere Möglichkeit, die Lebensdauer Ihrer Fassade deutlich zu verlängern, ist der Lotuseffekt. Bei den Blättern einer Lotuspflanze perlt Wasser an der Oberfläche in Tropfen ab und nimmt damit auch alle Schmutzpartikel mit. An Ihrer Fassade wirkt sich das in gleicher Weise aus. Durch spezielle Bindemittel entsteht eine mikrofeine, glatte Oberfläche, auf der Wasser keinen Halt findet. Regen perlt ab und wäscht die Verunreinigungen der Umwelt einfach mit ab. Dadurch entsteht eine selbstreinigende Fassade. Und Algenbefall ist praktisch ausgeschlossen.
